Sue Hulsether, a dance caller and folk dance instructor from Viroqua, spent May 10-12 as a a Folk Dance Artist in Residence at Southern Bluffs Elementary School. Her work with students was paid for through a $1,005 grant from the La Crosse Public Education Foundation, obtained by music teacher Jill Schams.
