LPEF Board adopts new Strategic Plan

Input from key stakeholders — teachers, administrators, parents and community supporters — helped shape a new Strategic Plan for the La Crosse Public Education Foundation.

The new Strategic Plan was adopted by the Board of Directors on Aug. 24, 2015. The plan was developed through a series of Board meetings and with input gathered from three stakeholder listening sessions. It aims to fulfill the organization’s mission by increasing LPEF’s impact in schools and strengthening the organization for the long term.

The plan maintains a commitment to LPEF’s mission and focuses on four key strategies:

Mission

The mission of the La Crosse Public Education Foundation is to enhance learning opportunities for students in the School District of La Crosse and to promote community understanding and support for public education.

Key Strategies
