Gold Star Grants

Through LPEF, community members and organizations efficiently and effectively put support for public education into action. LPEF awards more than $90,000 in grants annually to dozens of school projects ranging from bringing artists and authors to the district, to providing study trips to Chicago and Minneapolis.

More than $1.15 million in grant funding has been awarded since its founding.
