- La Crosse Mayor Tim Kabat with Logan High Teacher James Konichek who says he has “the best job in the universe.” As an astronomy and physics teacher, he should know. Kabat chose to issue his proclamation in class because Mr. Konichek is one of the favorite teachers of the mayor’s son, Joe, a junior at Logan.
